Aloha,

My name is Marti Hazzard, and I am a Previews Property Specialist for Coldwell Banker. This means that beyond being a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker, I have met and exceeded their set of established performance criteria in the area of luxury home marketing and sales. Basically, without all the jargon and lingo, I can handle any and all of your real estate needs whether you are looking to buy or sell property.

While I was born on the beautiful island of Oahu, I left Hawaii at the age of nine, living in various places along the west coast from Seattle to Calfornia. But many years later, I returned... drawn back by the tropical breezes, the breathtaking scenery, and the warm sense of community fostered by what we call the "Aloha Spirit." Having personally owned properties in Waialae Iki, Hawaii Loa Ridge, Kahala, and Hawaii Kai (waterfront), I have developed a deep knowledge and understanding of each of these communities. Which is why my specialty is in properties that lie within these regions of Oahu.

When I'm not in the office, you can often find me at the golf course swinging a club or out on our boat enjoying the ocean with my family. Living on the marina has made having a fishing boat in our backyard a necessity, and we take advantage of it every chance we get. Of course, every once in a while you've got to hop on a plane to go skiing or simply travel to some exotic destination... but at the end of the day, nothing beats the relaxing island pace of Hawaii.

As an investor, I have a strong background in residential and commercial real estate both in Hawaii and on the mainland. While as a realtor, every one of my past 3 years has exceeded each prior year in sales volume, totaling over $15 million in satisfied client sales for 2006 alone. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process, and I have the necessary follow through to get the tasks done in a timely manner. Whatever your needs, I can offer a wide range of assistance from interior design and staging to financing and marketing.
